Madison Borough Bid Notice

Snow Removal

Madison Borough Council will receive sealed bids until 5 PM, prevailing time on Thursday, October 8,

2026, for snow plowing/salting the streets and alleys in Madison Borough, Westmoreland County, for

the 2026-2027 winter. The bidder must provide and maintain all equipment used as well as order and

provide a storage site for all materials used. A certificate of insurance must be provided by all bidders.

The selected bidder must be on call 24 hours a day and will perform the work either on an hourly basis

or under a seasonal contract. Sealed bids will be opened in the Borough office on October 13, 2026, to

be approved by Council at their October 13th meeting. Madison Borough Council reserves the right to

accept and/or reject any or all bids.
