Advertisements/Bid Information

Madison Borough Council will receive sealed bids until 5 PM, prevailing time on Friday, October 3, 2025, for snow plowing/salting the streets and alleys in Madison Borough, Westmoreland County, for the 2025-2026 winter.  The bidder must provide and maintain all equipment used as well as order and provide a storage site for all materials used.  A certificate of insurance must be provided by all bidders.  Said bidder will be on 24-hour call and will perform work on an hourly basis.  Sealed bids will be opened in the Borough office on October 7, 2025, to be approved by Council at their October 14th meeting.  Madison Borough Council reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids.
